Frequently Asked Questions

"When and where does the church meet?"
We meet on Sunday mornings at 10AM in different house churches, and on the first Sunday of every month all house churches meet together at 10AM in a larger venue. For details on when and where these gathering are, check out the church calendar by clicking here
"House churches? Why do you do that?"
We have found that smaller church gatherings in homes create closer relational environments where everyone is seen and heard, church relationships grow deeper, and a safe accepting place is provided for real growth and transformation. All this while making church less complicated, less rushed, and more natural.
"What is Hope Valley? What do you guys believe?"
Hope Valley is a part of the Foursquare Church which is an evangelical spirit-filled church movement. You can find out more about our doctrine by clicking here
"What do you offer for kids?"
Our house groups are ready with a room for “Kids Church” (age 0-12) with planned activities and lessons for them, staffed by a minimum of two adults that are trained and background checked.
"Do you have anything for teenagers?"
At this time, we don’t have teen-specific groups or gatherings, but everyone over the age of 12 is invited to join in with the adults, and we keep the environment and conversation 12+ friendly.
"Will I fit in?"
If you want stronger relationships, want to learn what it means to follow Jesus, and want a group of friends that will help, then you will fit in just fine. We have all kinds of people in our house groups!
