Part 50 | God Has People

The focus of this lesson is really on God’s statement “I have people in this city.” We follow this idea through the way that God matches Paul with Priscilla & Aquila, the way He provides for the ministry through the support of the new believers that Paul had left behind in the previous cities, and the way that He opens relational doors to allow Paul to stay long-term in a city for the first time, to really establish a strong church community. The goal of this lesson is to remind us that God is working in the lives of people around us and is providing relationships and resources to build His church. The burden He has given us to carry is the burden of obedience and faithfulness, but He carries the burden of outcomes and results - so we don’t have to.
