Part 52 | The Gift of the Holy Spirit

The focus of this lesson is on the Holy Spirit, whose presence and empowerment is given to every Christian. We will follow this thread through the twelve believers that Paul finds in Ephesus, the seven misguided sons of Sceva, and the new believers who give up their old sorceries when they see the Spirit’s power through the name of Jesus. The goal of this lesson is help Christians understand that we received the Holy Spirit when we were saved and were equipped with God’s power as a gift of His Spirit. Therefore we cannot neglect this gift, because it is how Jesus has enabled us to advance His Kingdom and bring freedom to the lives of others.
